A criminal currently on the run from Ontario police has taken to social media to make fun of the Canada-wide warrant out for his arrest — a particularly bold move given how conspicuous-looking he is, his face more blackwork tattoo than it is natural skin.

Michael Stamatakos, known to frequent the Toronto area, is evading authorities for the second time this year while serving a sentence for a long list of crimes, among them, arson, damage to property, dangerous operation of a conveyance and flight from a peace officer.

Police originally issued a call for the public's assistance in locating the man back in March, prompting his mugshot to go viral as people wondered how a man covered in such distinctive and difficult-to-conceal tattoos could remain hidden in plain sight.

He fled from the cops again just last week, leading to another PSA and call for help locating him — which he made fun of in a recent TikTok video posted under the flagrant username "torontosjoker."

In the green screen-style reaction clip, the perp sits in front of a news story about the warrant out for his arrest, his face tattoos — among them, a skeletal set of teeth across his cheeks, permanent clown eye makeup and "HA HA HA HA" on his forehead, as inspired by comic book villain The Joker — still very much visible under sunglasses and a bucket hat.

"You're telling me that this man right here, with every single tattoo on his face, is escaping the authorities," a woman says in a voice over as the 31-year-old smiles at the concept.

People seem to likewise find the situation quite humorous, calling Stamatakos's response "jokes" and suspecting that he will likely get picked up by officers soon.

Quips on TikTok include comments like "does he have any scars or noticeable birthmarks, that would be very helpful," and "not sure I'd recognize him."
