Police seek brown Mercedes-Benz in connection with double shooting in Hamilton
Hamilton police have released a surveillance image of a suspect vehicle wanted in connection with a double shooting in the city’s downtown core this past weekend. A new federal audit has revealed that canadians do not have access to 19 of the 29 antibiotics the World Health Organization has classified as 'antibiotics of a last resort' due to growing resistance to antimicrobial drugs. The audit also found that Health Canada has not done enough to improve market access to new antimicrobial drug available in other countries. The report was presented in Parliament by Auditor General Karen Hogan, who also highlighted that HealthCanada has not been doing enough to address the growing resistance of these drugs.
